True to its name, DARK.HOUSE is a continuous mix of thrilling dark house music that pays homage to the roots of the genre and plants a flag pointing toward its future. KPT’s signature deep pulsing rhythms, bubbling and frayed synths, mangled left-field vocal samples and wry hooks remain, even as the Minneapolis-based artist places his indelible mark on house music.
There is often an undercurrent of house music in KPT’s material and here, for the first time on record, he embraces the genre fully and explicitly.
